Privacy policy
We want you to understand how your information is used when you contact us or request a campaign opportunity report.
Who is responsible for your information?
David Ellis, operating as Just 4 Accountants, is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. For privacy questions or requests, call 01793 625083 or email david.ellis@qi-group.co.uk.
What we collect
Our forms collect the details you provide: your name, business contact details, firm name, website, location, nominated LinkedIn profile, growth goals and campaign preferences. Optional benchmarking questions ask for practice fee income, client numbers, staffing and service mix. You can leave the optional section blank.
Our hosting and security providers also process technical information, such as your IP address, browser information and security signals needed to operate the website and protect forms from spam.
Please do not include client records, identity documents, account credentials or sensitive personal information in these forms. We do not need your LinkedIn password to prepare a report.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss the services you have asked about.
- To research and prepare your requested opportunity report, including audience size, targeting, indicative costs, growth scenarios and online presence.
- To compare optional practice information with suitable published benchmarks, where a meaningful comparison is available.
- To administer agreed services and keep appropriate business records.
- To operate the website securely and prevent misuse.
For enquiries and report research, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to business requests and providing a useful assessment. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract, or we deliver an agreed service, we may also rely on contract-related processing. Legal obligations apply to records we must retain. Separate optional marketing communications will only be sent where permitted by law, with an appropriate way to opt out. Requesting a report does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter.
Research and human review
We combine your answers with LinkedIn Sales Navigator searches, publicly available website information and relevant published research. Public professional information may include a person's name, role and LinkedIn profile. Searches are used to assess an audience; a lead count is not a list of guaranteed appointments.
Reports are reviewed by David before they are sent. Indicative pricing and forecasts are planning estimates, not decisions made solely by an automated system. We do not publish your individual practice figures as benchmarks.
Who receives the information?
Access is limited to people and service providers who need it for the enquiry, report or agreed service. These include Webflow for hosting and form storage, Cloudflare for form security, our email provider and any appropriately contracted business tools used to prepare and deliver the report. These providers process information under their applicable data protection arrangements.
We do not sell your personal information. A request for a marketing report does not authorise us to send your details to funding providers. Any funding introduction is discussed separately, with permission before identifiable client details are shared.
International processing
Some providers, including Webflow, may process information outside the UK. Where an international transfer requires safeguards, we use applicable contractual safeguards or other lawful transfer arrangements. You can contact us for more information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your enquiry.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and report requests that do not lead to a client relationship are reviewed after 12 months and deleted or anonymised unless there is a continuing reason to retain them. Records for an ongoing client relationship are retained while needed to deliver the service. Accounting and contractual records may be retained for up to six years after the relationship ends, or longer where a specific legal obligation or dispute requires it.
Deletion is subject to providers' normal backup and technical retention cycles. We minimise information sent to research tools and avoid uploading unnecessary confidential details.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal information, object to processing, or request portability. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it. These rights are subject to applicable exceptions.
Contact David using the details above. If you are unhappy with our response, you can raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office.
